BOZEMAN, Mont.—Westminster's men's and women's ski teams finished fourth with 268.5 points in the alpine events, giant slalom and slalom, at the conclusion of the RMISA Championships at Bridger Bowl, hosted by Montana State University Bozeman.
Both teams finished fourth in the slalom on the second day. The women scored 55 and the men scored 67 to add to their first day total of 146.5.
Julia Toiviainen was the women's top finisher in 11
th with a time of 1:57.04.
Anika Angriman finished 15
th with a time of 1:58.87 and Henriette Risen finished 21
st in 2:12.37.
The men had two top-10 finishes.
Joachim Mjelde and
Mikkel Solbakken came in sixth and seventh with time separated by less than .10 seconds, 1.49.78 and 1.49.85.
Mikkel Wahl wrapped things up or the Griffins finishing 16
th with a time of 1:51.15.
The University of Denver won with a score of 688 points to overtake the University of Utah with 678. The University of Colorado finished third with 643.5 points.
The Griffins will return to Bridger Bowl for the NCAA Championships being hosted by MSU-Bozeman.
