LOOKING BACK
The Griffins surrendered a 1-0 halftime lead to lose at home to Rocky Mountain (Mont.), 2-1. Jessica Harris scored her career-best fourth goal of the season in the 22nd minute. Sadie Young notched her first assist of the year on the play. Rocky Mountain used an own goal from the Griffins in the 50th minute and then a strike by Evelina Aberg in the 54th minute for the win.

GET THEM FIRST & EARLY
In 13 of the 16 games that Westminster has played this season the team that scored first went on to win. The only time the team that scored first lost was on Sunday with the two other times the team hadn't won ending in a tie. Westminster is 7-1 when they score first and 0-6-2 when the opponent scores first. The Griffins are also 4-1 when leading at halftime and 6-1 when leading or tied at the 75-minute mark.

For the season, Westminster has outscored the opposition 13-3 during the first half of games. They also have a 103-54 edge in first half shots and 33-22 advantage in first half corner kicks.

CARTER GETTING HOT
After scoring only one goal through the first eight games of the year, Nicole Carter has come on with five goals in the past eight contests.
