In a busy weekend of competition, the Westminster women's golf team split squads between two tournaments, with four players competing at the Utah Shootout hosted by Weber State and five players traveling to Sheridan, Wyoming, for the Travis Roy Memorial hosted by South Dakota Mines.
At the Utah Shootout, the Griffins finished fifth overall. Bella Wade led the way with a +20 to place 23rd, followed by Madalyn Hadley at +25 (25th), Reimi Bleyl at +26 (27th), and Campbell Kato at +28 (28th).
Meanwhile, Westminster's top five competed in the Travis Roy Memorial, where the Griffins placed seventh out of 12 teams with a team score of +51. Ashley Lam paced the lineup, tying for sixth individually at +4. She was followed by Kindra Hirasuna at +11 (21st), Remi Rawlings at +15 (26th), Jailee Snow at +21 (35th), and Lily Shin at +32 (53rd).
The Griffins will return home this weekend to host the Westminster Wasatch Invitational at Glenmoor Golf Club in West Jordan, Utah.
