Ashley Lam Named RMAC Women’s Golfer of the Week

SALT LAKE CITY – Westminster sophomore standout Ashley Lam has been named the first Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the 2025–26 season, the league announced Thursday.

Lam opened her sophomore campaign in record-setting fashion, winning the Wolverine Invitational against an all-Division I field. She set a school record with a low round of 66 and established another program best with a three-day total of nine-under par.

The honor adds to an already decorated career for Lam, who swept RMAC Freshman of the Year and Golfer of the Year honors last season before being selected to the 2025 RMAC Preseason All-Conference Team.

Others Nominated: Shelbi Gardner, Black Hills State; Klara Kleinig, Chadron State; Raya Schulz, Colorado Christian; Hayden Hawley, Colorado Mesa; Thale Victoria Estensen, CSU Pueblo; Kenzie Schroeder, South Dakota Mines.
