SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster men's and women's alpine skiing teams will compete in the 2022 NCAA Skiing Championships with the giant slalom on Wednesday and concluding with the slalom on Friday at Park City Mountain Resort. Hosted by the University of Utah, the alpine events at this year's NCAA Championships begin with the men's and women's giant slalom on Wednesday and will conclude on Friday with the men's and women's slalom races, with races beginning at 9:30 a.m. on day one and 9 a.m. on day two.
For the first time since 2014, the NCAA Skiing Championships return to the state of Utah as Westminster will field a full lineup of three student-athletes in both alpine events this week in Park City. This is the seventh time the state of Utah and the University of Utah has served as host, with Park City and SoHo serving as the championship site for the fifth time.
NCAA Championships Info:
- Dates: March 9-12
- Venues: Park City Mountain Resort/ Soldier Hollow
- Free parking and admission will be available to spectators. Spectator area is located outside of the snow fencing at the finish line.
- The venue will include a Fan Plaza open from 8am-3pm on competition days with music, giveaways, and activities. NCAA Merchandise will be available for purchase.
