PARK CITY, Utah—
Mikkel Solbakken grabbed a third-place podium finish in the men's slalom to help the Westminster men's and women's ski teams hold on to the alpine lead at the RMISA Championships.
The Griffins tallied 320 points to finish ahead of Montana State in second (305) and University of Colorado in third (297). The women finished third in the slalom with 72 points to bring their total to 177 through two races. The men finished second with 83 points in the slalom to bring their total to 143.
MEN'S SLALOM
Solbakken finished third (1:39.09) for his third podium finish of the season. He finished just behind Filip Forejtek of Colorado (1:39.00) and Bjorn Brudevoll of the University of Utah in first (1:38.31).

Francesco Gori put the Griffins in a strong position with a two-three finish in the first run. Solbakken crossed in 51.50 and Gori crossed in 51.66. Gori came in fifth with a final time of 1:39.51.

Francesco Galdiolo, Alex coltier and Gustav Dalmalm finished in the top-15. Mjelde finished 12
th (1:42.28), Galdiolo 13
th (1:42.31), Coltie 14
th (1:42.32) and Dalmalm 15
th (1:42.54).

th (1:43.48)
WOMEN'S SLALOM
The women recorded three top-10 finishes. Julia Toiviainen recorded the third fastest time of the second run to finish fifth (1:49.61). Evalina Fredricsson had the fift fastetst second run time to finish ninth (1:50.57) and Lana Zbasnik finished 10
th (1:50.65).
Henriette Resen finished 16th (1:53.71) and Hannah Saethereng finished 25
th (2:04.46) to round out the team's finishes.
Tegan Wold of Montana State finished first (1:47.44), Reece Bell of University of Denver finished second (1:47.57) and Rebecca Fiegl of University of Anchorage Alasaka finished third (1:47.92).
Next for the Griffins is the NCAA Championships in New Hampshire on Mar. 10-13 with the giant slalom on the 10
th and slalom on the 12
th.
