SALT LAKE CITY, Utah--Freshman
Max Bingman scored twice in the opening 10 minutes leading Westminster (7-3-2, 5-1-2 RMAC) to its largest margin of victory, 4-0, over South Dakota School of Mines (8-2-2, 6-0-2 RMAC).

Danny Darelli's absence and provided two goals and an assist."
Max Bingman scored his first goal in the fifth minute finishing a low cross from senior
Erik Hulbert. Hulbert collected a mis pass from and drove into the penalty box on the right side and cut it back to the top of goal box where Bingman calmly redirected the ball to an open back post.
Skyler Kjellander provided the assist on Bingman's second goal. A pass from Senior
Gavin Flitton led Kjellander deep into the left corner. Bingman met the ball six yards out at the left post and shot low to the right post to beat the goalkeeper.
Kaden Amano's free kick in the 27th minute led to Westminster's third goal. Amano drove the free kick low towards the penalty mark. Bingman managed to redirect the ball to the back post and junior
Kennedy Alder was quick to react for a tap-in.
Hulbert scored the fourth goal with 10 minutes left in the half. Hulbert settled a cross from the left corner, beat his mark with a cut to the right and fired his shot past the keeper to the low left-corner.
Westminster continued its dominance with 10 shots in the second half but Hardrocker goalkeeper Tyler Ring made six saves to keep the score from increasing.
Philip Leano came close to getting a goal back in teh 84th minute. A long range effort from 35 yards out beat
Will Desantis but hit the crossbar and was cleared from the box by Westminster's defense.
"Despite not socring in the secon half we continued to move the ball and defend well as SD Mines stepped up its pressure," Pittman said.
The Griffins recorded 24 shots with 12 on target. Bingman led the attack with five shots, Amano recorded four and Presotn Mcillece,
Skyler Kjellander and
Justus Kjellander each took three shots. Six additional Westminster players tallied one shot.
Westminster hosts Colorado Mesa at 4 pm on Friday, Oct. 18, and Fort Lewis at 1 pm on Sunday, Oct. 20.
