2020-21 (Spring, COVID-19) - Sophomore
- Named Second Team All-RMAC after leading the Griffins with a pair of goals in a condensed, seven-game season that was played in the spring due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Started all seven games for Westminster, logging a pair of goals and one assist on the campaign.
- Recognized on the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll with a 3.400 cumulative GPA

2019 - Freshman
- Burst onto the scene with ten goals as a true freshman including three multi-goal games (vs CC, vs SD Mines, at Adams State)
- Finished in a tie for most goals in the RMAC (10) and fourth in the conference in goals per game (.53)
- Appeared in all 18 games (664 minutes) with four starts in his first season with the Griffins
- Made his career debut and scored his first career goal vs. Hawaii Pacific on Sept. 6
- Had two game-winners (vs SD Mines and at Adams State) and tallied three assists

Before Westminster
- Committed to Westminster College in May of 2019 after graduating from West High School in downtown Salt Lake City
- Max played club soccer for Firebirds FC under coach Ryan Beck, as well as for Sparta United Soccer Club under coach Justus Koelliker
- He is a two-time USYS National League Champion and two-time Utah 5A All-State selection
- Was an IB Diploma recipient

Personal
- Born September 14, 2000
- Son of Amy Simpson and Derick Bingman
- Max has one sister, Lexie
- His favorite team is Borussia Dortmund and his favorite player is Marco Reus
- Max also played baseball, basketball, track and tennis growing up and one of his favorite hobbies is photography.
- Currently a chemistry major, Max is a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician and hopes to continue his education in Pharmaceutical Sciences after graduation
