SALT LAKE CITY – The Westminster College women's soccer team couldn't find the net and fell 1-0 to The Master's (Calif.) on Saturday afternoon at Dumke Field.

Westminster (1-1) managed just eight shots in the contest and would only put three of those attempts on goal. Heidi Lorschider led the attack with three shots. No other Griffin took more than one attempt.

The Master's (3-0) would tally the game's only goal in the 70th minute and Devon Goff finished from an assist by Jasmine Benson. The Mustangs put 11 of their 12 total shots on goal, including all seven in the first half.

Jamie Wilkinson suffered the loss in goal for the griffins despite making 10 saves.

Westminster will now travel to Chicago for two games over Labor Day Weekend. They open the trip on August 31 at Saint Xavier (Ill.) at 10:30 a.m.
