SALT LAKE CITY, UT. —The Westminster women's soccer team closed out its Senior Day match with a 0–0 draw against No. 14-ranked UCCS on Sunday afternoon at Dumke Field.
In a tight defensive matchup, the Griffins tallied 10 shots—including four on goal—while holding the Mountain Lions to 13 total shots, also with four on frame. Both teams created opportunities down the stretch, but neither side could find the back of the net.
Westminster also earned a 3–4 edge in corner kicks and stayed disciplined defensively, committing just eight fouls to UCCS's 11.
The Griffins move to 7-2-6 overall and 4-2-5 in RMAC play, setting up their final regular-season matchup at home on Wednesday, Nov. 5, against Colorado Mesa.
