ATHENS, Tenn. - Attackmen Josh Condas (3), Andy Lehr (3) and Dallin Hall (2) mustered eight of the Griffins 10 goals in a spirited effort in Athens, Tennessee.

Sophomore Dallas McLellan again proved the difference late in the game as late pressure and man-up opportunities kept the Griffins on the defense. McLellan's 19 saves and a crushing hit on the TWC keeper ride by Ricky Larkin late in the game earned the SLC squad an open net goal that iced the victory.

The Griffins improved to 2-1 on the year and will enjoy a day off Thursday as they relocate to Atlanta and prepare for #3 St. Thomas University, (Friday, 4:00 pm at Emory University). Saturday the Griffins will close their road trip with Emory University. That contest will be played at North Springs HS at Noon ET.
