Biography
Freshman Logan Spackman made Westminster history and entered the Griffin record book the moment he crouched down in the blocks in Boise, Idaho’s Jackson Open, when he toed the line as the Griffin’s first male hurdler. In addition to his football career at South Jordan, Utah’s Herriman High School, Logan captained the track team, and his Mustang racing career includes a 5th place in the 5A State Finals and All State Honors in the 110m hurdles. Logan’s active time away from the track includes surfing Wasatch powder on his snowboard, and his more laid-back pursuits include listening to G Eazy, video games, and lint-brushing hair off his clothes, an off-track hurdle from hanging with his cats. Cheering the Accounting major from the southwest Salt Lake Valley are parents Marnie and Aaron and baby brothers Ryker and Hunter.
