SALT LAKE CITY – Westminster University was picked sixth in the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Preseason Women's Soccer Coaches' Poll, announced Thursday by the league office. The Griffins tallied 81 points, including one third-place vote.

Colorado School of Mines was tabbed the preseason favorite with 134 points, followed closely by Colorado Mesa (132) and UCCS (131). Fort Lewis (109) and Regis (98) rounded out the top five ahead of Westminster.

The RMAC also released its 2026 Preseason All-RMAC Team, made up of 13 returning players who earned First- or Second-Team All-RMAC honors in 2025. 

The preseason poll marks the start of a new era for Griffin soccer, as Westminster enters 2026 under Head Coach Allie Lieshout.
