Provo, Utah - This past weekend, the Westminster Men's and Women's track and field teams showcased their talent at the BYU December Invite. Among the standout performers was Amanda Lee, who claimed an impressive third place in the Women's 3000m Run, clocking in at 10:14.62.
Sebastian Szweda Mittelstadt proved to be a force for the Griffins, securing the top position in the Men's 3000m Run with a stellar time of 9:09.71.
The Women's Discus event featured strong performances from Riley Weldon and Emily Malouf, finishing in 8th and 10th place, respectively.
In relay action, the Men's 4x400 Relay team displayed teamwork and skill, crossing the finish line in 7th place.
