COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—The Westminster men's cross country team finished 11th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships Saturday morning at Monument Valley. The Griffins scored 328 points with a spread of 3:40.6.
Colorado Mines finished first with 22 points, followed next by Western Colorado (60 points) and Colorado Christian (89 points). Dylan Ko, of Colorado Mines, finished the 8K course in 24:18.4 to finish first individually.
DJ Matthews was first to cross the finish line finishing 45
th in 26:24.5.
Tony Nickerson wasn't too far behind finishing 49
th in 26:33.1. Next to finish was
Aiden Urban (28.38.9), followed
Skyler Hobbs (29:42.0) and
Andrew Ross (30:05.0) to round out the top five.
With the fall season coming to an end, the team will turn its attention to the indoor track & field season.
