BOISE, Idaho – The Westminster College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Bob Firman Invitational on Saturday in Idaho.  The Westminster men placed fourth while the women tied for third.

Monique Arvisais-Anhalt led the Griffin women with a 12th-place finish with a time of 20:20 over the 5K course.  Jana Peale finished 18th with her time of 21:00.  Cassie Mulkey (21:12), Amanda Gordon (21:25) and Chelsey Fraser (21:28) finished 20th, 21st and 22nd respectively.

Parker Mildenhall paced the Westminster men's team with his 17th-place finish and was followed in 18th by Oliver Lange.  Times and complete race results are not available at the time.  The men ran an 8K race.

The next meet for the Griffins is the Coyote Twilight in Caldwell, Idaho on Oct. 7.
