Biography

Thiago Moreira is from Sandy, Utah, and attended Alta High School, where he won a state championship in 2022, was state runner-up in 2023, and earned Second Team All-State honors as a senior.

He is majoring in Kinesiology. Moreira chose Westminster for its strong academic program, which supports students after graduation, and its strong soccer program.

Family: mother Liliana Bella and father Marcelo Moreira; brother Bruno Moreira.

His goal after college is to work in a physical therapy clinic. 

Favorite team/athlete: the Uruguay National Team, Real Salt Lake, and the Seattle Seahawks.
