Biography
Personal: New Mexico has a long and diverse history with the sport of running, including the legend of high-school harrier Ric Rojas; to the loss of Micah True, the legendary white horse: Caballo Blanco. Westminster senior Joe Feichko came to the Griffins from Albuquerque’s Eldorado High School where he ran Track and was a 4-time Taekwondo State Champion for the Eagles. Joe enters his swansong Griffin season as the holder of no less than nine school records on the oval. In addition to advancing his jumping acumen and 48.6 PR in the 400M, the aviation and Flight Operations major has the opportunity to crown his Griffin crusade as an Academic All-Conference selection every year of his collegiate career.
Beyond school, Joe is an Eagle Scout, prefers country music, and continues to enjoy the fighting arts as a practitioner of Taekwondo and a fan of MMA action. Supporting the 6-foot-3 senior from the Land of Enchantment are parents John and Shelli, and brothers Dylan and Levi.
