Biography

Before Westminster: Phillips will come to Westminster from Brisbane Queensland, Australia. The 6-foot-4 shooting guard attended Brisbane State High School and spent one year at West Valley College in San Jose, Calif. He was a two-time selection in the Australian Schoolboys side and was MVP of the 2007 Australian Schoolboys Tournament. In 2008, Phillips was the Brisbane Capitals Youth Player of the Year.
