BOULDER CITY, Nev. – Westminster University sophomore Aiden Pavey has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Men's Golf Summit Award winner, the conference announced Saturday ahead of the 2026 RMAC Men's Golf Championships at Boulder Creek Golf Club.
Pavey, a native of Ontario, Canada, earns the honor with an outstanding 3.97 grade-point average in Finance — the highest cumulative GPA among all student-athletes competing at the championship site.
On the course, Pavey has been an integral part of the Westminster men's golf program this spring, contributing to two top-3 team finishes at the SMU Bishop Invitational and RCA Electric Spring Invitational. The Griffins enter the RMAC Men's Golf Championships with an eye on the team title.
The RMAC Summit Award is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative GPA competing at the finals site of their respective sport's championship. Recipients must compete in 20 percent of available competitions throughout the current season and must be sophomores or above with at least two years of participation at their institution.
