SALT LAKE CITY, UT - Westminster women's lacrosse was represented by two returners on the 2026 RMAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Team, as sophomore midfielder Grace Szwedko and junior defender Marianna Dick earned Second Team recognition heading into the upcoming season.

Szwedko made an immediate impact during her sophomore campaign in 2025, appearing in 16 games with 14 starts. She finished the season with 21 goals and four assists for 25 points, adding 32 ground balls and 71 draw controls while handling a significant workload in the midfield.

Dick has been a steady presence on the defensive end over the past two seasons, starting all 30 games she has appeared in during her career. Entering 2026, the junior has recorded 82 ground balls and 85 caused turnovers, anchoring a unit that returns valuable experience.

In addition to the individual honors, Westminster was selected fourth in the 2026 RMAC Women's Lacrosse Preseason Coaches' Poll, earning 13 points in the conference vote.

The Griffins will open the 2026 season looking to continue their climb within the RMAC as they prepare for conference play later this spring.
