Golden, Colo. – The Westminster Griffins Track & Field team wrapped up a historic weekend at the 2025 RMAC Championships, with multiple school records falling and a series of personal and season-best performances across the board.
Women's Highlights

Alivia Preston had a standout weekend, setting two new school records in the 200m (25.17 – 13th place) and the 400m dash (56.56 – 5th place). She also anchored the women's 4x400m relay (3:59.82 – 8th place), which set the second-fastest time in program history.

Lily Crofts added a new school record in the 100m hurdles (14.89 – 9th) and recorded a top-10 mark in the 200m (26.92 – 24th), now the 8th-best time in school history.

Angela Martin-Ruben placed 12th in the 800m (2:19.10), setting the 6th-best all-time program mark. She also competed in the 400m (59.84 – 14th) and was a key member of the school record-setting 4x100 relay team (49.6 – 9th).

In the field events, Abby Conlee set a new school record in the high jump at 5' 0.5" (1.54m), placing 11th.

Sophia Prieto earned a strong 4th place finish in the javelin with a mark of 134' 10" (41.10m).

Mia McKay had an impressive performance in the heptathlon, earning 3,926 points, highlighted by a strong long jump (16' 2.25") and 800m (2:27.32). She also posted the 6th-best time in school history in the 100m hurdles (15.99 – 18th).

The women's 4x100 relay (Martin-Ruben, Finley, Crofts, Preston) set a new school record with a time of 49.6 (9th place).
Men's Highlights

Brock Lloyd cleared 6' 2.25" (1.89m) in the high jump, earning 4th place. He also posted a new 5th-best school record in the triple jump (38' 10.25"), and competed in the 100m hurdles (15.55 – 16th).

Sebastian Szwda Mittelstadt delivered strong results in middle distance, placing 18th in the 800m (1:55.53), which is the 6th-fastest in school history. He also ran 4:02.97 in the 1500m (17th).

In the men's 4x400m relay, the team of Moon, Winegar, Jamele, and Szwda Mittelstadt posted a program third-best time of 3:23.42 (20th).

Sebastian Moon broke into the record books in the 400m hurdles, finishing in 58.34 (19th) – the 5th-best time in school history.

The men's 4x100 relay (Moon, Lloyd, Winegar, Jamele) ran 44.3 seconds to claim 10th place and the third-fastest time in program history.
