Salt Lake City, UT – The Westminster Griffins continued their winning ways on Sunday evening, securing a 20-9 victory over Colorado State University Pueblo at Dumke Field.
Jordan Williamson, fresh off a 10-goal performance on Friday, led the charge once again with five goals in the win. The Griffins' offense was firing on all cylinders, with Shaina Shoughro, Olivia Petrosky, and Anabelle Kugler each tallying three goals. Holly Shoughro and Grace Szwedko added two goals apiece, while Jadyn Kohan and Riley Weldon also found the back of the net.
CSU Pueblo was led by Moira Turpen and Sophia Rinn, who each scored three goals, but the Thunderwolves struggled to keep pace with Westminster's relentless attack.
The Griffins (2-0 in conference play) now set their sights on Colorado Mesa University, as they host the Mavericks on April 5 at 3:00 PM at Dumke Field.
