Alamosa, CO - The Westminster Men's Basketball team kicked off their 2024-25 season in style at the Conference Challenge Crossover, cruising to an 83-50 victory over Western New Mexico University. Simon Aken led the Griffins with 15 points, including two three-pointers, while Chase Potter matched his 15-point effort, adding four rebounds and three steals. Ryan Rubenskas and Donaval Avila contributed 13 points each, and Peter Amakasu chipped in 10 points with three steals to round out the balanced attack.
