LAKEWOOD, CO - The Westminster Griffins opened up their 2022 Men's Golf season The Writz at Mile High at Bear Creek Golf Club in Lakewood as it was Max Lunt leading the way for the Westminster Griffins.

Lunt finished tied for 14 shooting a -4 in the final round to give a total score of +1 to end the first round of golf this fall as his teammate Zach Dallimore finished with +6 and tied for 25 during the week.


Alec Williams was also tied with Dallimore with a score of +6 after shooting 71,72 and ending the day with a final score of 79 at +7 overall.


Bryson Hirabayashi , Andrew Ahlstrom , and Davis Amis all had their ups and down during the week, but finished the weekend together for the Griffins.

Next for the Men's Golf team, they will hit the road once again, this time at the Farmer's Insurance Sam Proal Invitational.
