SALT LAKE CITY - Westminster see's Keagon Jones and
Easton Albert add four goals each in their win over Adams State 23-2 as they captured another conference victory in the season.
Defense was a key to victory on Sunday afternoon on Dumke Field as the Griffins didn't allow anything easy for the Grizzlies as they held them scoreless in two of the four periods and made Adam State make mistakes with 25 turnovers.
Jacob Pickett had three goals,
Zennon Laforce and
Kade Oswin each added two goals each on the offensive attack.
Six other Griffins add one goal each to help Westminster have their best day on the scoreboad as 23 goals was a season high after they passed 22 vs
Emmanuel College (Ga.)
Westminster will look to continue their success as they begin their final road trip of the season. It will be a two-game road trip in Colorado as they won't return home until April 30. The road trip begins April 22, with a matchup with Adams State. All games home or away are broadcasted live on the RMAC Network.
Griffins will return home for their final regular season game of the year on April 30 as we will celebrate the seniors for their senior day on Dumke Field.
