SALT LAKE CITY--Westminster's women's basketball lost to the University of Utah, 58-88, in an exhibition at the Huntsman Center. 

The Griffins had three players score in double-digits. Abby Mangum led the team with 13 points going 5-7 from the field, 2-2 form three and 1-2 from the charity stripe. Mariah MartÍn scored 11 and Kaitlin Toluono scored 10.

Westminster shot 40.7 percent from the field and 75 percent from the free throw line. The rock just wouldn't fall from three as the Griffins finished 4-15 from beyond the arc.

The Griffins travel to Texas for their first countable games against Midwestern State University Texas on Friday and University of Texas at Tyler on Saturday.
