Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – The Westminster College women's lacrosse team picked up two victories on Saturday at the Santa Barbara Shootout.

Westminster began the day by defeating Washington 15-6. The Griffins then completed the weekend with a 16-4 win over UC-San Diego. Westminster finished the season's first weekend with a 3-1 record and they outscored the opposition 55-27 in the four games.

The Griffins will now have some time off before hosting Colorado Mesa on March 2. The home opener will begin at 11 a.m. at Dumke Field.
