SALT LAKE CITY — Westminster University junior defender Marianna Dick has been named to the IWLCA Division II Midwest Region First Team, the organization announced. Dick is one of 128 student-athletes honored nationally across all regions.

The selection comes on the heels of Dick's RMAC Defender of the Year honor, capping an outstanding season for the Griffins' defensive anchor. Westminster finished the season as RMAC Championship finalists in Ashley Tack's first year as head coach. 

In 16 starts this season, Dick recorded 42 ground balls, 59 caused turnovers, and three draw controls.
