OGDEN, Utah – The Westminster College outdoor track and field team completed the 2012 regular season on Wednesday night at the Weber State Twilight. The meet was held at Stewart Stadium on the campus of Weber State University.

Allison Bateman competed in the 200 Meter Dash and finished with a time of 27.72 seconds. That was her second-best time of the season. Justine Kueffner posted a person best in the Long Jump with a distance of 4.98m. Kueffner also ran in the 200 Meter Hurdles where she finished with a time of 17.30 seconds.

On the men's side, Sean McKenzie had the highlight of the meet with a personal best in the Long Jump with a distance of 6.07m.  McKenzie also ran in the 100 Meter Dash where he finished with a time of 11.54 seconds. Joseph Feichko recorded a distance of 12.74m in the Triple Jump for his second-best distance of the year. Jef Marsicola and Matt Nagie each ran in the 800 Meter Run and finished with times of 1:55.29 and 1:55.89 respectively.

With the regular season over, two Griffins have qualified for the 2012 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships. Kueffner will compete in the Heptathlon and Oliver Lange has qualified for the 1/2 Marathon. The event will be held in Marion, Ind. from May 24-26.
