SALT LAKE CITY – With one game left in the regular season, the Westminster College men's basketball team sits in a position to finish anywhere from third to fifth in the final standings.  Below is a list of the eight different scenarios that effect the final seeding for next week's conference tournament that involve Westminster.

1) Westminster wins, Carroll wins, MSU-Northern wins
--Griffins are No. 4 seed and host Great Falls in opening round.

2) Westminster wins, Montana Western wins, Lewis-Clark State wins
--Griffins and No. 3 seed and host Lewis-Clark State or Rocky Mountain in opening round.

3) Westminster wins, Carroll wins, Lewis-Clark State wins
--Griffins are No. 4 seed and host Great Falls in opening round.

4) Westminster wins, Montana Western wins, MSU-Northern wins
--Griffins and No. 3 seed and host Lewis-Clark State or Rocky Mountain in opening round.

5) Great Falls wins, Carroll wins, MSU-Northern wins
--Griffins are No. 5 seed and play at Great Falls in opening round.

6) Great Falls wins, Montana Western wins, Lewis-Clark State wins
--Griffins are No. 4 seed and host Carroll in opening round.

7) Great Falls wins, Carroll wins, Lewis-Clark State wins
--Griffins are No. 5 seed and play at Great Falls in opening round.

8) Great Falls wins, Montana Western wins, MSU-Northern wins
--Griffins are No. 4 seed and host Carroll in opening round.

The official pairings will be announced on Saturday night following the completion of every game. The tournament begins on Tuesday with quarterfinal games at the home site of the top four seeds.
