Max Gordon is from Park City, Utah, and attended Park City High School, where he earned 5A Region 4 First Team All-Region honors, was named 5A Region 4 Defensive MVP and 5A State Playoffs MVP, earned 5A First Team All-State honors, was a two-time Utah 5A state champion (2023 and 2026), and was named to the Deseret News Utah HS Lacrosse Best 11 in 2026.
His major is currently undecided. Gordon chose Westminster for the culture of the lacrosse team, the school's broad educational opportunities, and having grown up in Utah, he found it hard to leave the state's landscape behind.

His goal is to become a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps and become a pilot.
