2020-21 - Senior
- Was named First Team All-RMAC in 2018-19 after averaging a team high 14.4 ppg and 6.0 rpg.
- Started all 19 games for the Griffins and reached double digits scoring in 16 games with a 50 percent (103-of-206) field goal percentage for the season.
- Had four 20-point game with a season-high 23 against Black Hill St. 
- Scored 13 or more points in 11 straight contests on a stretch from January to March, shooting over 60 percent from the field in four of those games.

2019-20 - Junior
- Started all 31 games for Westminster in her first season after transferring from Colorado Christian in the spring.
- Was named Second Team All-RMAC for a second-straight year after scoring 13.2 ppg and 6.1 rpg.
- Had three 20-point games including a season-high 28 against Central Washington and again against Regis.
- Had three double-doubles on the season.

Before Westminster
- Committed to Westminster in March of 2019 after spending her first two years of collegiate basketball at Colorado Christian.
- Was named Second Team All-RMAC in 2018-19 after averaging 13.9 ppg and 5.3 rpg.
- Two-time Northern Colorado Girls Basketball Player of the Year finalist (winner in 2016) at Heritage Christian Academy and was named Mile High League Player of the Year and first-team all-state as a senior in 2017. 

Personal
- Born March 17, 1999.
- Daughter of Kevin and Cindy McGinley.
- Has four brothers, Timothy, Joshua, Jonathan and Matthew.
- Has three sisters, Rachel, Anna, and Marissa.
- Has held a number of internships during her undergraduate studies including: Rape Recovery Center, Laura Milliken Gray Law Internship and a Catholic Community Services Law Internship. 
- She also plans to attend law school in New York City following graduation.
- Sarah also competed in volleyball, soccer and track & field growing up.  In addition to volunteering in her community, she loves traveling and cooking.
