Biography
Before Westminster
Fredrick will join the Griffins from Salt Lake City where she attended East High School. As a senior, Fredrick helped the Leopards to a region title and a trip to the quarterfinals of the Utah 4A State Championships. She played on a defense that surrendered 0.83 goals per game. Fredrick was chosen honorable mention all-state by Utah coaches.
