Biography

2011–12 (Junior): Played in 31 games off the bench … averaged 6.6 points and 3.6 rebounds in 16 minutes per night … shot 62.6 percent from the field and 71.4 percent at the foul line … scored in double figure in six games … recorded 10 points and six rebounds against Saint Xavier (IL) (11/5) … recorded 10 points and four boards versus Minot State (12/16) … finished with a career-high 18 points against Biola (12/17) … posted eight points and seven rebounds against Texas Wesleyan (12/29) … had 10 points on 5-of-5 shooting versus Carroll (1/12) … went for 15 points at Great Falls (1/27) … totaled 14 points on career-best seven field goals against Lewis-Clark State (2/18) … was named Academic All-Conference and Daktronics/NAIA Scholar Athlete.

2010–11 (Sophomore): Played in 18 games, all off the bench ... averaged 1.5 points per game ... had four points and two rebounds against College of Idaho (11/20) ... had career-high five points against Warner Pacific (11/26).

2009–10 (Freshman): Appeared in three games ... played a total of 13 minutes ... scored four points with one rebound against Westmont (11/28).

Before Westminster: Drecksel played for the IMG Basketball Academy as a senior. He averaged 14.4 points and 5.7 rebounds while helping IMG to first-place finishes at the NCSAA National Championships and the Hoop Group Jam Fest. As a junior, he was named Conference Player of the Year while playing for Pocatello High School. He was also First Team All-State in Idaho Class 4A that season.
