Kaja Wilcox is from Salt Lake City, Utah, and attended Highland High School, where she maintained a 3.9 GPA, graduated as an International Baccalaureate diploma recipient with honors, and was a varsity athlete in cross country and track and field, serving as team captain.
She is majoring in Pre-Med. Wilcox chose Westminster because she loves Salt Lake City and wanted to stay close to friends and family, along with the opportunity to keep running in college — something she never expected when she started high school, since she only began running three years earlier — plus the small-campus atmosphere and Westminster's academic reputation.
Family: parents Monika Wilcox and Elton Wilcox; sibling Alesandra "Ola" Wilcox.
Her goal is to become a doctor and help provide children around the world with healthcare, while continuing to run and, if possible, compete for the Polish National Team.
Favorite team: San Francisco 49ers.
Favorite athletes (track and field): Femke Bol, Keely Hodgkinson, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone, and Tara Davis-Woodhall.
