Apiline White (pronounced: Lee-neh), is from Lehi, Utah, and played at West Jordan High School, where she graduated with a 3.70 GPA, served as Varsity Volleyball Captain, and was SAAC Vice President and now serves as SAAC President.
She is majoring in Business Management/Marketing. White chose Westminster University because it felt like home after a difficult freshman year in Texas away from her family, drawn to its small, supportive campus and the chance to continue playing volleyball while earning a strong education.
Family: parents Heidi White and Abraham White; siblings Laiya, Marcus, Malcolm, and Mytus White.
Her goal after college is to build a career in business management and marketing while staying involved in the sports industry, with beach volleyball as a possible one-year stop first.Â
Favorite athlete: her aunt, Amé White, who played at Salt Lake Community College and Xavier University before playing professionally in Germany.
