SALT LAKE CITY – Westminster volleyball closed out its weekend with a five-set victory over Colorado Christian on Saturday evening inside Behnken Field House, winning 3–2 (25–15, 25–21, 15–25, 29–31, 15–12).
The Griffins posted 66 kills and hit .202 as a team, led by Josie Gerritsen (16 kills), Sadie Parrish (15) and Mailei Myers (8). Westminster finished with 11 total blocks, paced by Hailey Killett's 6, with Myers 4 and Atley Mitchell 1.
From the service line, the Griffins recorded 4 aces—Leila Cornejo 2, Breegan Huntsman 1, Ava Livolsi 1. Mitchell directed the attack with 26 assists, Cornejo added 17, and Livolsi chipped in 7 as Westminster totaled 59 assists.
Defensively, Livolsi led with 25 digs, followed by Gerritsen (18) and Huntsman (15). The Griffins finished with 101 digs overall.
With the win, Westminster improved to 11–7 overall and 4–4 RMAC.
