ALAMOSA, Colo. – Westminster women's soccer earned a 2–0 victory on the road Friday afternoon at Adams State, securing its first RMAC win of the season.

The Griffins (4-1-5, 1-1-4 RMAC) opened the scoring in the 34th minute when Amber McIntosh netted her first goal of the season, assisted by Hannah Ingersoll. Westminster doubled its lead in the 75th minute as Kirsten Kirkham scored off a feed from McIntosh to make it 2–0.

Westminster outshot the Grizzlies (6-4-2, 2-3-1 RMAC) 14–17 overall but put more chances on frame with four shots on goal. Marin Mackenzie made five saves in net to record her fifth shutout of the season. The Griffins also held a 4–2 advantage in corner kicks and committed just five fouls in the match.

Westminster will continue RMAC play tomorrow at New Mexico Highlands University.
