With the snow starting to fall in the final moments of the game, tension were high as the score stood tied at 8. With just 1:40 left on the clock, the Mountain Lions managed to even the score with a late goal from Brielle Fannin, setting the stage for a thrilling conclusion.

As the seconds dwindled down, it was Ceila Fidanza who seized the moment, receiving the ball and getting the ball to hit the back of the net, clinching the game-winning goal for the Griffins.

Leading the charge for the Griffins was Shaina Shoughro, who showcased her scoring notching three crucial goals. Jordan Williamson and Hannah Kelleher also made significant contributions, each adding two goals of their own to propel Westminster to victory.

Despite trailing 6-4 in the third quarter, the Griffins demonstrated resilience and determination, rallying back with three consecutive goals to regain the lead and ultimately secure the win.
