Edmond, OK – The Westminster Men's Golf team wrapped up their participation in the Oak Tree Invitational this week with promising performances across the board. Hayden Howell led the Griffins with a commendable score of +13, securing a tied 11th place finish in the individual standings.
On the team leaderboard, Westminster claimed the 12th position, outpacing five other competing schools. This achievement underscores the team's collective effort and determination throughout the tournament.
In addition to Howell's standout performance, the Griffins saw solid contributions from Nic Jensen, who finished tied for 57th place, and Andrew Ahlstrom, who tied for 60th. Bryson Hirabayashi and Phillip Meima also delivered solid performances, finishing tied for 75th and 86th place, respectively.
Looking ahead, the Griffins will shift their focus to the upcoming Hot Dirt Desert Shootout in Goodyear, AZ, scheduled for April 4.
