Salt Lake City, UT - It was a memorable Senior Night at Westminster University as the Griffins Volleyball team honored five dedicated seniors: Reagan Phillips, Regan Jackson, Alanna Lee, Cora Ellis, and Alex Thon. The seniors played their final home game at Behnken Field House, leaving on a high note with a commanding 3-0 victory over New Mexico Highlands University.
The Griffins took control early, winning the first two sets decisively with scores of 25-12 and 25-17. The third set, however, proved to be a nail-biter. Breegan Huntsman delivered a clutch kill to give Westminster a one-point lead, and an attack error by New Mexico Highlands sealed the match at 33-31, giving the Griffins a hard-fought sweep.
