Ellensburg, WA - The Westminster Griffins Women's Basketball team wrapped up their weekend in Washington with a tough matchup against Western Washington University on Saturday afternoon inside Nicholson Arena, falling 63-50 despite a strong individual performance from Teuila Nawahine, who led the Griffins with 17 points and two steals.
Maunayia Harrigfeld contributed nine points and dominated the boards with 11 rebounds, while Abby Conlee added eight points and a block. However, Western Washington's Alyson Deaver powered her team to victory with a game-high 23 points.
