Lakewood, CO - In a closely contested game, the Westminster Griffins Men's Basketball team faced a decisive moment in the final seconds. Trailing by three, Pierce Sterling took the last shot in an attempt to send the game into overtime, but narrowly missed, resulting in a 75-72 defeat at Colorado Christian University. Sterling led the Griffins with 16 points, including two three-pointers. Trey Wood contributed 15 points and six rebounds, while Rylan O'Brien played 36 minutes and scored 13 points.
