ABOUT THE ALL-IRON TEAM:

The Griffin All-Iron Team is an elite group of student-athletes who, in the opinion of the Strength and Conditioning staff, exhibit the characteristics of the Champion Student-Athlete, a commitment to the strength and conditioning program values of attitude, effort, and attention to detail, and possess an unrivaled dedication to strength training and conditioning.

The Champion Student-Athlete

The champion student-athlete, through their internal motivation, finds a way to balance strength training and conditioning with external influences such as study, athletics, sleep, and social life. They look within themselves for weakness, seek advice from coaches and faculty, and are relentless in their pursuit of academic and athletic achievement.

At Westminster, it is vital for personal and athletic growth that the athlete displays the characteristics of the Champion Student-Athlete.
