Durango, CO - In a closely contested RMAC battle on Saturday night, the Westminster Griffins Women's Basketball team fought hard against Fort Lewis but ultimately fell short, losing 58-52. Jaycee Lichtie and Elizabeth Means led the Griffins' offensive charge, each contributing 15 points.
Za'kkria Robinson made her presence felt with a solid performance, notching 10 points and securing six rebounds. Lichtie, displaying versatility, came just one rebound shy of a double-double.
Despite the competitive effort, the Griffins faced a tough challenge in Fort Lewis, and the final score reflected the closely fought nature of the game.
