Spearfish, SD - The Griffins shot 11 threes on the night and it was
Taylor Miller who was the lone player to knock down a shot from beyond the arch as it was a tough night shooting the three-point shot for Westminster, but as the other Yellow Jackets they were able to knock down eight of them, but it was the home team who captured the 66-57 home win in an RMAC contest.
At halftime, it was the Westminster Griffins who had the lead as the teams went into the locker rooms, but despite a strong game by Miller who scored 20 points to lead the team in scoring on the night, it was the home team in Spearfish South Dakota who came out and outscored the Griffins in the second half.
Trey Farrer was the only other player who reached double-digits as he dropped 11 points and pulled down three rebounds in the loss.
