Eden Freiberg led the way with two goals for the Westminster Griffins Women's Lacrosse team as they ended their road trip in Colorado in defeat, as the Regis Rangers score nine goals in the first and never looked back in the 17-4 victory.
Westminster scored one goal in each period, Freiberg in the first and third as Madalyn DeGarles had the lone goal in the second and
Hannah Kelleher; who added the assist by
Maddie Kelleher and the final goal for the Griffins.
Westminster will look to bounce back and capture another conference win as they make their return to Dumke Field on Wednesday, April 6 with face-off scheduled at 7P.M. (MDT) as
Colorado Mesa University who travels to Westminster College as the Griffins will open up a two-game homestand.
