Denver, CO - Trey Farrer evened up the score at 61-61 with just over a minute to play in the second half of the game, but a late turnover by the Griffins turned into a game-winning shot at the buzzer for the Regis as Aaron Bokol hits the game-winning shot the send the Griffins back on the road with a 63-61 loss on Friday night in conference play.
Farrer was the leading scorer for the Griffins with 20 points and was 8-9 from the free-throw line on the night. Jeremy DowDell added 16 and Donaval had 14 for Westminster College.
Westminster had their largest lead at the 16:28 mark in the second half when they had the lead by 12, but it wasn't enough for a second-half run by the Rangers.
