At John A. Wilson Complex on Friday night with 12 points and nine boards off the glass to help the Griffins edge the Cowgirls of
New Mexico Highlands University 55-51.
The holiday season has passed as the new year holiday is near, but before the end of 2022 comes to an end, the Westminster Griffins Women's Basketball team began their final games of the 22 seasons on the road, as the first game was in New Mexico.
Ashley Greenwood ended the night leading the team in rebounding with 16 on the night as she added 11 points and seven assists in the victory on the road.
Juliana Aragon was the Cowgirl's leader on the night with 12 points and three assists, but Griffin's defense caused her to turn the ball over three times.

The Griffins will look to end the year 2022 on a winning note as they travel to Pueblo, CO with a matchup with Colorado State University Pueblo on Saturday night Dec. 31 with tip-off scheduled for 2:00 PM MT. The game will be broadcast on the RMAC Network.
